Shipping

• The cost of shipping to the peninsula is:
• Orders delivered within 48-72 business hours: €4.95
• Free shipping on orders over €150 (Only applies to orders within mainland Spain)
• The cost of shipping to the Balearic Islands is €9.95
• Shipping costs to the rest of Europe are: €24.95
• *For orders that include customs fees, these will be at the customer's expense.

Shirts with initials are not included in the standard shipping timeframe. They can take between 5-10 business days.

Orders through Glovo
Orders placed through Glovo will be subject to Glovo's terms, exchange and return policies, and shipping costs. Cloking will not be responsible for the terms or costs applicable to the delivery service managed through that platform.

All orders that include items from our online store are subject to availability. If we are unable to ship the product due to unavailability or other circumstances, we reserve the right to notify you by email. If you do not wish to place or exchange your order for substitute items, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

*Shipments made during the sale period may experience slight delays due to high demand. We do not ship gifts.

Changes

If you wish to exchange a size, a different item, please place a new order in our online store and, at checkout, check the "This is an exchange" box.

The delivery person will deliver the new product at the same time as collecting the returned item. The refund will be issued once we receive the item in the warehouse and verify that it is in the same condition as when received.

The deadline for changes is 30 calendar days.

Returns

How to process a return online:

• You have 15 days to return your item online for the full amount of the item, or 30 days for a voucher for the full amount of the item. To return the item, it must be in perfect condition, with no apparent signs of use, properly labeled, with accessories and original packaging, and the purchase receipt must be presented.
• Place in a box or envelope the items you wish to exchange or return.
• Send an email to pedidos@clokingclothes.com indicating the order number and the product you wish to return.
• Please mail the package to our store at Calle Lagasca 67, 28001, Madrid, Spain. (Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.)
• Once the return is received, our After-Sales Department will refund the amount of the returned item to the account with which the payment was made.
• The processing time for a return from the time we receive it at our logistics center is 5-14 days.

• Promotional items will have 14 days to be returned.

Exchanges and returns for online orders in stores:
